THE
TWINS
A large grassy front area looks out over our beautiful lake with plenty of sunshine, boating, swimming and fishing, yet large mature trees will also supply ample shade.
The cottages are furnished with a modern stocked efficiency kitchen, dinette and living area, modern bath facilities, two bedrooms and cable color TV. They provide an enclosed porch for day or night time relaxing.
The outside sitting area is furnished with lawn chairs, picnic table and a fire ring for cooking or just enjoying the beautiful evenings and night sky of the Poconos.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
One half deposit required within 5 days of initial reservation with balance to be paid upon arrival:
- Personal Checks accepted as advance deposit only
- No Credit Cards accepted
- Thirty Day Written Notice is required for refunds less a $50 Service Fee
- $100 Security Deposit required on arrival and will be returned by mail within 7 business days upon inspection of unit
- Rentals are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax and 3% Tourist Tax
