A seven night minimum stay is available on a weekly basis during the following dates and must be occupied Saturday to Saturday with a check-in time of 2pm and a check-out time of 10am.

One half deposit required within 5 days of initial reservation with balance to be paid upon arrival:

• Personal Checks accepted as advance deposit only
• No Credit Cards accepted
• Thirty Day Written Notice is required for refunds less a $50 Service Fee
• $100 Security Deposit required on arrival and will be returned by mail within 7 business days upon inspection of unit
• Rentals are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax and 3% Tourist Tax

• Full payment in US funds via personal checks, travelers checks, cashier checks or money orders.
• Rates are based upon four person occupancy.
• Maximum occupancy is six people at $50 additional per person per week.
• No RV's, boats or trailers are permitted in the condo parking lots.
• PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow pets nor do we rent to single groups under 25 years of age.

• Security Deposit of $400 or 10% (whichever is greater) is required for a stay of two weeks or longer. This deposit will be returned to you within six weeks or less after your departure, minus any of the following items:
  • damage
  • long distance telephone calls
  • extra cleaning or laundry charge

• If you should cancel after paying the deposit, it is subject to forfeiture unless full term of your reservation can be rebooked. Once rebooked, your entire deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee will be returned.
