THE OVERLOOK COTTAGE RENTAL

The Overlook is nestled amongst large mature trees and is a liesurely 1-2 minute walk to the beach area of Wil's Landing. Your family and friends can relax around a camp fire sharing precious moments. Maybe sitting on the open deck with a good book while taking in the sunshine will bring on that relaxing moment we all need, or jump in for a refreshing swim, do a little fishing, or take a boat ride on the crystal clear waters of Elk Lake!

The cottage is furnished with a modern stocked efficiency eat-in kitchen, and living area, modern bath facilities (shower only), two bedrooms and cable color TV.

The outside sitting area is furnished with lawn chairs, picnic table and a fire ring for cooking or just enjoying the beautiful evenings and night sky of the Poconos.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

One half deposit required within 5 days of initial reservation with balance to be paid upon arrival:

Persoanl Checks accepted as advance deposit only
No Credit Cards accepted
Thirty Day Written Notice is required for refunds less a $50 Service Fee
$100 Security Deposit required on arrival and will be returned by mail within 7 business days upon inspection of unit
Rentals are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax and 3% Tourist Tax
