THE HILLTOP COTTAGE RENTAL
The Hilltop is nestled amongst large mature trees and provides all the comforts of home. Your family and friends can relax with a good book, take in the sunshine, jump in for a refreshing swim, do a little fishing, or take a boat ride on the crystal clear waters of Elk Lake!

The cottage is furnished with a modern stocked efficiency kitchen, dinette and living area, modern bath facilities (shower only), two bedrooms and cable color TV.

The outside sitting area is furnished with lawn chairs, picnic table and a fire ring for cooking or just enjoying the beautiful evenings and night sky of the Poconos.

Weekly rentals only ( Saturday to Saturday):

  • June 26 to September 4
  • Rates are based on four people

Three night minimum on Holiday weekends:

  • Memorial Day Weekend
  • Labor Day Weekend
  • Columbus Day Weekend

Two night minimum available in the off-season:

  • May 14 to June 25
  • September 5 to October 11

Please Note: Renter must provide their own

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

One half deposit required within 5 days of initial reservation with balance to be paid upon arrival:

  • Personal Checks accepted as advance deposit only
  • No Credit Cards accepted
  • Thirty Day Written Notice is required for refunds less a $50 Service Fee
  • $100 Security Deposit required on arrival and will be returned by mail within 7 business days upon inspection of unit
  • Rentals are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax and 3% Tourist Tax
     

Check-In Check-out Time

  • No Check-ins permitted after 9:00 PM
  • All guest must register at Keen Lake Resort located at 155 Keen Lake Road, Waymart, Pa. off Rt. 6
  • Directions - Please Mapquest for Directions
